Training
To be able to grow as an organisation and to be able to anticipate movements in the market, but also to realise changes as a company, knowledge is essential.
To supplement existing knowledge and broaden the associated skills, Kiwa Training offers training programmes that range from a half-day course through to complete one-year courses. These courses and training sessions are aimed at people who work with installations, equipment and distribution in energy technology (gas, heat and electricity), both in a technical and operational capacity. These courses and training sessions are also suitable for people who are responsible for setting up, maintaining, controlling and optimising management systems in the area of quality, safety, (health)care and/or the environment.
At Kiwa Training we achieve the best results from our training by combining (theoretical) knowledge transfer with the development and enhancement of (practical) skills. Our courses therefore tend to consist of short theoretical parts followed by intensive practical blocks and evaluations of the practical skills. This balanced mix of theory and practice provides excellent embedding of the knowledge and skills being taught.
